Orders within Australia will be dispatched up to 10 days after purchase via Australia Post.

International Shipping

International shipping can take up to 14 business days to arrive. We cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the expected time frame.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s available payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.

Shipping

We aim to pack and send orders within 2–5 business days. Mode-to-order itesm will take longer.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on the delivery provider and destination. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the shipping provider, but we will do our best to help if there is an issue.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind unless required by law.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at hayleyloumorris@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund depending on the issue.
